I am visiting New York from Florida and on the plane one of my caps Came off my tooth. I was very reluctant to use a temporary over-the-counter product to temporarily glue in in place because I’m not a dentist and I became afraid if I didn’t do it right I would swallow the truth so I called Aspen dental. I had been a patient at Aspen dental in Ormond Beach, Florida so I was familiar with their excellent service. When I showed up, I was taken in a must immediately for x-rays and then the Dentist came to see me. I told her I just needed a cap glue again and it was relatively simple and I’m feeling fine until I get home. I experience with everyone from the receptionist, the technician who took my x-rays, the billing people, and the person who checked me out, was friendly, thorough, professional, and efficient. The location is excellent too, so easy to get to. If I ever want any problems again, when I’m up here, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Aspen dental. Thank you, everyone.

I went to this office today as a new patient and let me say this is the best dental care I have received in over a decade. They were very forthcoming about everything that was going to be done to my mouth and treatment plan as well as caring about the process and time period for my treatment plan. I’m very grateful they were able to answer all my questions and give me the most information any dentist office has ever given me making me very confident in all upcoming appointments with Aspen Dental as well as an affordable payment plan for my treatment. Also, I have a lot of anxiety with the dentist and each person I interacted with was caring and understanding and helped me feel comfortable every step of the way. Really was an amazing experience in this office today and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good dental clinic.

Everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable! Dr Bakeer made sure I understood what was happening and her and the team explained everything and all my options. Elena at the front desk is the best! I truly had a good experience.

Horrible experience from beginning to end of the process for my dentures. Overestimated out of pocket costs when I had primary and secondary insurance. Made us finance money that we didn't have to, interest charges and a hit on our credit as a result. Never explained anything to us just threw paperwork at us. Billed for procedures that were never done only to be told “if the dentist said so they were done” by Jasmine in the office who talks over you any chance she gets. They did not abide by the in-network charges that they were contracted by our insurance companies. They LIE and STEAL from people who don't know about insurance coverage, check your EOBs!!!. Refused to continue speaking to my wife, who is on my HIPAA form, because she questioned their billing. They didn't like that she was on to them and knew what she was talking about. Overcharged us $2000 plus which we will be continuing to fight for a refund. We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I wish we would have read up on those BBB complaints because we would have learned how deceitful they are ahead of time. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS YOU WILL REGRET EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!!

I am a new patient at the Aspen Dental Poughkeepsie office and my experience has been phenomenal. Everyone here has been an absolute pleasure. Office staff, technicians, everyone. Particular shout-outs to Debbie and Dr. Park. I have many more upcoming appointments to finish all the work I need, and I am not nervous about them at all. Everyone is down to Earth, real, and the environment is very clean and comforting. Highly recommended.
